Episode 12: Pathways to Purpose with Susan Mazonson
“ The greatest thing to come out of all your hard work isn't what you get for it, but what you become for it" ~ Susan Mazonson
Today on my podcast, I am interviewing Susan Mazonson, wife, mom, and magnetic and relatable transformational speaker, facilitator and coach, and a powerful activator of and catalyst for, positive change. Susan is the founder of Midlife Café – Real Conversations That Matter, and Mastermind Bridgebuilders, a digital community for intergenerational learning and discovery and a platform for redefining success, purpose, and leadership. Susan designs and facilitates masterminds and workshops around personal and workplace transformation. She has a natural gift for bringing people together to help address their own situations, share ideas for pivoting in life and work and empowering authentic connections to co-create new solutions. Susan rode a 30-year wave of corporate and entrepreneurial success, now turning her talent and expertise towards building a better world for current and future generations.
Susan is a graduate of Brown University and Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
During this episode Susan breaks down how so many of us are now questioning what we previously took for granted and how we go about life on auto-pilot, keeping busy, not always giving much thought about what is REALLY IMPORTANT to us.
